Tribe AI is looking for a generalist B2B Marketer to join our fast growing team. In this role you will be a key partner to the CEO to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and partner engagement. About the Role: 

  1. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership:
    • Develop and execute content strategies that communicate our value proposition (technical excellence and applied AI outcomes) to Enterprise audiences and establish our brand as a thought leader in AI.
    • Produce high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and presentations that supports sales and product goals.
  2. Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing:
    • Design and implement lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media and webinars to drive quality Enterprise leads.
    • Manage lead nurturing campaigns, using marketing automation tools to move prospects through the funnel.
  3. Product Marketing:
    • Partner with the Delivery and Sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for our services.
    • Create and maintain sales enablement materials and presentations, to support the sales team in closing deals.
  4. Event & Partnership Marketing:
    • Plan and execute marketing initiatives for industry events, keynote talks, and conferences, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners to amplify our reach and drive co-marketing opportunities.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Use data analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Continuously optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a marketing point of contact, coordinating projects across teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
    • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Foster collaboration between departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.

About you: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise marketing, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability.
  • Excellent project management, execution and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong content creation skills with an understanding of B2B audience needs and industry trends.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on metrics.
